The ring been hand sculpted in wax and then cast in precious metal using the traditional, centuries old method of lost wax casting.
Before casting, the wax has been randomly carved and textured to add detail and ensuring that the texture is unique to this piece.
It is designed to be simple, chunky and slightly adjustable. It is sculptural with a modern and stylish look.
The ring shank has a roughly square section of 2mm with rounded edges for comfort. It is substantial but suitable to wear every day and for any occasion.

The ring has been bright polished with applied added oxidation to enhance the textured detail.
The ring is quite a large size, currently U.K. size P because it was originally designed as a thumb ring.
It has a generous overlap so that the ring size can be increased or decreased as required and worn on any chosen finger.
